I pretty much started out like every other average Malaysian. I was an engineer working in a nine-to-five job, trying to save my way to wealth. But I realized that it was a bit too slow, so I started my own business.
Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money. I got cheated out of 6.5 million ringgit (about 1.5 million US dollars). It was one of the most challenging periods of my life. At that point, I could have given up. I was massively depressed. I was almost suicidal.
But instead, I was helped. I was mentored. And I decided to take things in, and make it work all over again. I doubled down. I learned everything I could. I had massive help along the way, mentors along the way. I built my wealth through businesses, investments, and wealth-building.
Today, I'm proud to say:

- ■ I run multiple businesses across Asia.
- ■ I have a stake in a multi-billion-dollar venture.
Because of all this, I also run a little bit of my passion project called ILC Wealth Builder. It’s a small investment group where I:
